Terms of Service
By booking, you agree to these therapeutic standards. Sessions are personalized to your needs that day. Please share an accurate health history in advance; I reserve the right to decline service to ensure safety. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.
Privacy
I value your trust and privacy. Luna Roots Massage collects contact details and health history only to provide safe, effective bodywork. Your data is stored securely, kept strictly confidential, and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Sessions rescheduled inside this window incur a 50% fee. Because I dedicate specific time and care to your personal healing environment, completed sessions are non-refundable for any reason.

Membership Details
Preferred Member Rates
Members receive preferred pricing on all additional bookings. One promotion, offer, or membership rate is applied per session.
Refunds
All memberships, gift cards, and completed sessions are non-refundable. I maintain final discretion regarding account credits or unusual cases.
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on your enrollment date. Plans cover one mobile session per month with gratuity included. Credits roll over for 6 months and are transferable but have no cash value. Repeated non-payment may result in revocation of your membership and preferred rates.
Membership Freeze
You may freeze your membership once every 6 months for up to 2 months. During a freeze, billing is paused and credits cannot be used. Please submit a freeze request at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date for it to take effect.
Rollover Credits
Unused credits roll over while your membership is active, maintaining their original six-month expiration date.
Credit Expiration
Membership credits expire six (6) months after issuance and cannot be refunded, reinstated, or exchanged for cash.
Health, Safety & Client Conduct
Luna Roots Massage provides mobile therapy in Durham, NC. To support your care rhythm, please complete health forms prior to arrival. I require a quiet, pet-free space for my portable table. Gratuity is already included, so there is nothing additional to calculate after your session. You pay only for the time you book with no hidden costs. I reserve the right to end sessions immediately if safety, hygiene, or professional boundaries are not upheld.
